Two licenses server and client

I have a computer that acts as a teamviewer license server. When someone connects to it use the licenses it has set up. If the client and server have assigned licenses which license will be used when they connect? We need to give access to an outside company but don't want them to use our channels.

I double-checked with my support teams and confirmed that, in the situation where both the device making the connection and the device receiving the connection are licensed, the connection would utilize the license of the device making the connection.
