I purchased a business license through techsoup. Already for the 3rd year. Now it turns out that there is an error in the company name all at once. It was always ZZC'20, but a notification is now given. Milicious data detected, please enter correct company.
As a result, it is not possible to complete the order and activate the license. Techsoup indicates that it cannot do anything because Teamviewer has to do this and Teamviewer indicates that this must be changed by techsoup. I contacted them by phone and submitted a number of tickets. However, Teamviewer no longer responds anywhere.
I've been working on this for 3 days now and I'm slowly reaching my wits end. I don't know what to do anymore. Does anyone have experience with this or a tip on what I can do best? So it involves changing what I think is a simple action: changing the company name. Thanks in advance for a response
