random WaitforConnectFailed

At work, 11 testers computers that I have to access from my work computer as well as my home computer (which is 2 hours away from work). I have a business license of Teamviewer. For the past few weeks, I get random "WaitforConnectFailed" errors when trying to access the testers from my work or home computer, or when I try to access my work computer from my home system. Sometimes I can remote in a few moments later or the next day or not at all. I've gone through reboots, reinstalls of Teamviewer, start/stopping of Teamviewer services.

In the Teamviewer window, all devices show online status. When initiating a connection, I get "Connecting to Partner" "Connecting..." then "WaitForConnectFailed" error.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this error to determine exactly why it is occurring?
