Not ready error

We have checkpoint firewall using r81.20 version.We have created geo policy by using updatable object suggested by checkpoint.

Now its giving error "Not ready.please check your connection."

If we disable that rule TeamViewer working fine.

Kindly suggest what services of TeamViewer we should allow in firewall or geo locations.
