connection failed from ID [ removed per Community Guidelines ]

when connecting from ID [removed per Community Guidelines] to [removed per Community Guidelines], the connection is not established, but the Teamviewer application shuts down.

Other connections from ID [removed per Community Guidelines] work fine.

What would do I change ?

    Since the remote connections are going well from the local side device, may I ask you to please run a few checks on the remote side device?

    Firstly to restart the TeamViewer service, the gif below contains the steps. If the remote side device is a mobile device, please completely shut down the app and start it again.

    At the same time, please also check the version of TeamViewer and update the software if needed.
