No keyboard Samsung S23 Ultra

When I connect to another android device (Tab S9) I have no virtual keyboard on the S23. It only shows four arrows that do nothing when clicked on. Using Teamviewer classic v.15.49.380. The arrows are shown at the bottom of the picture. How can I get a keyboard?
