problems regaining remote access after commercial use detected and reset

I successfully submitted a form in November attesting that I was not using commercially and received an email "Your TeamViewer ID(s) has/have been reset successfully" However I am still having difficulty with remote access. The connection starts and then then drops out without warning I think there is a flash of a message on the remote pc saying commercial use. I have reinstalled the program on both PCs, cleared cookies, but kept the settings.

I tried to submit again to reset and included another PC on the remote end. But I have not had any acknowledgement or reset for over a week and I cant do it again because when I try to resubmit a message pops up saying sent successfully and offers a pdf of the original message which is unanswered when I am trying to submit a new message.
