M1 Mac Stuck on Logon screen after upgrade

I have a Macbook Air and a Mac Mini (M1) on both devices I can't get past the login screen. I enter the correct username and password and it says "signed in" but just stays there. The Mac mini is running 13.4.1 and I am running 15.49.3

My feeling is we have a similar issue: Can't login to local MacOS 14.3 (Sonoma) users remotely — TeamViewer Support. Can you confirm this is the same behavior? It could help us to push it to TeamViewer R&D...
