TeamViewer "Keep me signed in" is flawed

Since we switched to the "new" TeamViewer with the new UI, it happens quite often to various users, that they are signed out, even though they set "Keep me signed in".
Happened to me a couple of times as well, with different versions of TeamViewer.
I have that strange feeling, it somehow is connected to the computers going to sleep or stand-by and also with the automatic updates that TeamViewer does in our environment.
Do any of you have similar issues and some ideas, solutions, workarounds?
