Web Client periodically disconnects

When using the web client to connect to a remote host, I get disconnected after ~ 5 minutes. I am a commercial, licensed user and was logged in. Why does the web host repeatedly disconnect? I was not using mobile data and did not have any interruptions in other internet traffic. This has happened with multiple remote hosts. I do not get any message regarding personal vs commercial use. Is the web host only intended to be used for very short support sessions?

Windows 10 PC, using web host via Chrome or Microsoft Edge to connect to a client running V15.38.3.
