How do I communicate with a specific remote expert?

I'm new to & using Team Viewer for Miracle Box. I have entered my partner id and now I'm on a screen sharing page on my Samsung Smart TV & my Android's showing Zoom info. After clicking on "Got It" on my Android, it went back to Screen sharing page. So, both my TV & my Android are on the screen sharing page. How do I communicate on this page. There is no keyboard. How do I connect to a Miracle Box expert? Please help.
