I tried to activate my license but It says I couldn't because of my previous business License

I tried to activate my Teamviewer remote access but due to the previous Teamviewer Corporate License I couldn't Activate it and Cancel the license! I have purchase Teamviewer remote access on another account and would like to cancel the Teamviewer remote Access license on this account.

I tried Contacting support but since I can't activate the Teamviewer Remote Access account I can't submit a ticket.
