1. Remote session via session link:  this can be used if an end-user is present on the remote side.
2. Unattended access: This is handy if you need to connect to a remote device without any confirmation from the remote side.

I've tried this method and still get asked for the password (at the remote end). Not helpful for out of hours support.

Any other ideas please.
