Which DSL Connection is required

Hi, I like to setup Teamviewer to monitor a server remote. Thereby using a DSL line.

Which line is required in terms of:

DSL synchron, asynchron, bandwith, fixed IP adress, other prerequsites?

I need this info to order the DSL line.
