Why does my PAID Remote subscription continue to cut off my sessions and ask me to buy a license?
I've downloaded what I've been told to download on both my Remote device and my dad's "host device", but my PAID remote account does not function like a paid account. I keep getting thrown off the session with a window that asks me to buy a license. What's wrong? Thanks! Dale

Hello @DaleSchatz,
Welcome back to our Community.
To use TeamViewer correctly and avoid getting thrown off the session, you have to ensure that you have login with your TeamViewer account and password, as shown in the following screenshot:
Once you´re in go to the Remote Support screen and make your connection.
⚠️Important note: The only way TeamViewer recognizes that a user has a license is by logging in or accessing with the TeamViewer account and password.

Thanks for this. But, Yes, I think I'm logging in with the correct User name and password. And after I login, My Account tells me I have a paid license. Thanks, Dale Schatz
