No dice. I've got our system admin looking into it.
I might mention that I don't have administrative access to my machine with the login account, but I install with a different admin account than the one I'm attempting to install the application.

Have you ever installed TeamViewer before on this device?
If yes, you may consider checking and deleting the folder listed for the advanced uninstall instructions, then try to install TeamViewer again.
