I have a user that I am using the Invite Partner via e-mail option. Everytime she clicks on the
http://connect.teamviewer.com/v12 link, she gets rerouted to the teamviewer.com main page. I tried clearing her cache and cookies in her web browser. I actually tried both Internet Explorer and Chrome and the same thing happens. I tried the same procedure with someone else attached to the same network router and her link worked perfectly.
Is there some setting that I'm missing. I really need to remote into this persons system so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
