Contacting support from different email?

I'm getting ridiculous "no ticket was created" responses if I reply to my ticket with an alias [removed per Community Guidelines] Then I forward the whole thing to [removed per Community Guidelines] still no response for days.

Why does it have to be so complicated? I'm using the ticket number that should be enough for at least a reply.
