What is a Buddy List and how is created?
Have you checked your device list via https://login.teamviewer.com/ under Devices Groups or Groups to see if these devices are still hidden somewhere in some groups?

I'm attempting to move a set of tablets from one group into another. I receive the following message: "The selected entries could not be moved to group XXXX (group name omitted intentionally)". Each tablet that I am attempting to move is then listed with another message which states "This buddy is already in your buddy list (BuddyAlreadyExists: 12).
The tablets are not in the group I am attempting to move them into. What creates a Buddy List and how does it work?
