Hi all,
I use the free version of TeamViewer with a non-profit organization to help a senior citizen with basic tech needs.
Recently the system has been disconnecting our sessions after about 15 minutes with the displayed message "This was a free session sponsored by www.teamviewer.com. TeamViewer sessions are free of charge for personal use."
Any ideas why we keep getting kicked out?
I did a "reset" before our latest session because TeamViewer thought I was using it for commercial purposes. The reset re-established my connection so I could connect with my senior, but now it's cutting us off.
