Mobile connection issue.

Ok so I tried to connect my grandmother's mobile, she's living far from me and I wanted to help her with few apps by using teamviewer, unfortunately I couldn't connect to device. The massage says `The connection to the specified partner cannot be...`. I wondering what is it, and how could I fix it.
