does anyone else think teamviewer support is horrible?

i called in because we sent them a check twice by accident. they claim they would have sent it back if that was the case only for them to look into it and see that they did not send it back to us. i asked for a refund, they send me an email and close the ticket because i did not respond on a weekend.
