Account Assignment failed

Within "Groups" I created a custom folder, and added a device that has teamviewer on it. After which, I selected the device and hit edit. In "Policies" when I tried to add my policies to it, a dialogue box pops up and asks me to insert my password. After putting in my password that I use to log into my teamviewer account, it says "Account Assignment Failed". Please help me because there are alot of devices that uses teamviewer within my company and to reinstall each with a custom teamviewer file will take ages.

P.s. Teamviewer is up to date with the latest version.
