Android Phone Gets Locked after Teamviewer session

I started a TeamViewer session from an iPhone and connected to an Android phone, but the session malfunctioned.
I choose to end the session and now the Android phone is asking for a password by letters and numbers, although android phone did not have a passcode before.
How can I solve this problem and unlock phone?
