Teamviewer Full client and Teamviewer Host ISSUE

I have just paid for the business package as I am trying to set up Teamviewer so I can watch screens remotely with unattended access.

I downloaded Teamviewer full client, followed the steps to watch a screen unattended but it didn't allow stating I need to set up 'remote access'.

I then went online and it told me to download host....

I downloaded the Teamviewer Host - But it didn't give me an option to 'manage this device' and instead said 'this device is managed by one manager'.

Any help would be amazing, As you know it isn't cheap to use so I would like to get it up and running as soon as possible!
