I dont receive activation email

I have a problem with incoming mail from teamviewer. At my new job, they created an account for me under the company email, I am able to log in temporarily. However, I do not receive an email regarding the activation of the account, nor an email to change the password. The email is not even visible on the exchange server. Emails will be sent to all other email addresses of our company. At the same time, it also comes to my private email address, through which I registered on the same computer. It does this even when canceling the repeated creation of the account. Do you have any advice?
