Team viewer not working on iPhone or iPad and terrible support

Dear teamviewer

i have raised a support ticket over 3 days ago to resolve the issue why I can log into the teamviewer app on my iPhone or iPad .

I have a paid account and expect a better response .

from what I’m experiencing and what I have read this is not a one off issue.

What I expect as a paid account t holder is a quick response from support .

Can you please address this issue immediately and address my support ticket
