TeamViewer not working after first use for each password

Hello
I have been using TeamViewer for a number of months. Suddenly it is not working. My helper restarts the home computer and sends me the new password. I use it -- once. After that, it does not work. I have had 3 new passwords in the past 2 days. Just tried it again and it is not working.
We updated TeamViewer both at the home computer and the remote computer today and restarted both.
I cannot do any work, as I am out of state right now and need to do some things. I contacted the company via "feedback" earlier today but have not as yet gotten a response. This is not good.
