QS Viewer & TV Ver 15.51

My question is this, I'm in the Point of Sale business and have a product that is running QS 15.10 Using TV 15.51 and I try to connect, I get the Older Version of Teamviewer detected. I contacted my POS support desk and they are able to connect using the above versions. The POS Software only has QS 15.10 as a connection. Any ideas?
