Why does phone say I have a free license
Been paying for this for years and now I can’t connect to anything using my phone. I am logged in to the app, re-downloaded it etc, and the profile says I have a free account. It logs me immediately out of any connection. I have two devices registered from the ten. Seriously pissing me off considering there are cheaper alternatives for me. And don’t mention the continuing nonsense which is the new desktop app.
Vent over, how do I get my phone app to know it has a business license?

Many factors are causing this situation, the ones I could think of are Mobile device support ability, license activation issue, license limitation with the device limits, license compatibility etc... For a better check-up on your TeamViewer license, I suggest you contact the TeamViewer Support Team for help on the licensing issue.
