How do I submit another commercial use reset when one is pending?

I am a 70 year old retired person with limited mobility due to spinal damage. I use Teamviewer to reach the other PCs in my home. I have NEVER used Teamviewer commercially.

On 2024/03/12, 3 of my devices started getting incorrect "commercial use" messages. I submitted reset requests listing those 3 devices on this day.

On 2024/03/13 (the next day) 3 other PCs started getting the incorrect "commercial use" messages. I attempted to submit a reset request on these new PCs but the reset link immediately jumps to the download of the pdf from yesterdays entry.

Can someone tell me how to submit a new reset request when one is already pending?
