How to transfer my 2FA code on the APP Authenticator from my old phone to another one. My account is [removed per Community Guidelines]. I do not know how to disable 2FA.

For transferring the 2FA across different devices, you may Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication and then Activate Two-Factor Authentication on the TeamViewer Management Console. Please also have the recovery code ready as it is needed for the deactivation.

We are sorry to hear that you forgot your recovery code. In this case, you have two alternatives:

• If you have a license, you can contact our support team and they will provide a solution for your case.
• If you don´t have a license the suggestion is to delete the account and create a new one.
