Is there only one person working at the support once a month?

Its really very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very HARD to get in touch with anyone.

    I'm with you… feels like the support staff (at least in the areas I'm working, Tensor) number in the single digits… way too long to get a tech to reply, even if it's an email, message, etc…
