What is a valid ID number?

My question about getting set to commercial was merged. I went to the new discussion and clicked on the "form" link and tried to enter my information. I cut and pasted my ID number from the Teamviewer application window into the form window and the form rejected it as invalid. Even after I clicked the I may have invalid information button it wouldn't let me submit the form. It similarly rejected all the ID numbers for the computers I connect to. If I can't get the ID number from the TeamViewer application window where do I get it?
