ID reset is now pending for 1 weeek and my old mother is about to die without my assistance.
I use TeamViewer to help my old disabled mother with the accessibility features of her phone. I live in UK and my mother lives in Bangladesh. I send her financial aid and give her assistance on using her phone's accessibility features. We fully rely on TV free license software. I left the country with TV host installed in her phone. One week ago my TV remote in my S24 Ultra was blocked by it's commercial use supect bug. I sent a reset request and it is still pending now. If TV doesn't want to provide free software then it should never be falsely advertised to be a free software and never mislead people to rely on it for health and safety purposes. Its been a week since my disabled mother is completely cut off from communication as I couldn't help her with the hearing aid and her pacemaker both connected and controlled from her phone. I cant stop thinking about what's happening to her and don't even know if she is alive or dead. My anxiety is now asking me to kill myself. If anything happens to my mother, I swear I will take this monstrous profit seeking company to court and bring it down to the street.
