main tab keeps closing

the Main tab closes while I'm working and when I try to get back into my remote computer I get the message IDS_STATUS_MSG_NOROUTE_SessionLimit. I only have 1 device that I'm using.

Can this be fixed so that I don't get shut out and can get right back in?
