Remote Connections are not active after the latest update

I've had a Business account with Team Viewer for five years. The service has been good but with the updates added to the app, most of my remote connections are no longer available for a remote connection. I know their PC's are on. I've driven out to a few clients and noticed the Teamviewer program needed to be reinstalled, then it worked fine again.


How do I stop this? I need these connections active 24x7 if those PC's are turned on.
