Cannot connect

I cannot connect to a remote device, yet the remote device says I am already connected to their device. What may be causing the issue.

    Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🥳

    Please try below steps:

    1) Update to latest version of TeamViewer on both the sides, try the remote connection.

    2) If issue exists, then Restart the TeamViewer service on both the sides of system, try the remote connection.

    3) Exit the TeamViewer App and open and then try the remote connection.
