My phone host offline after a few minutes

Hi, I've been using Teamviewer host for my other phone for months and there were no problem.
But recently, my host phone gets offline after a few minutes. I can no longer access it whenever I want. Already updated the host and remote control but no changes. I still can't access my phone since it's offline. It can get online manually after I open the host phone. What's the point of having host and remote control if the host phone need human touch to work?
