Unable to activate new license

Hi,

I recently purchased a TeamViewer Remote Access subscription, and when I try to activate the account via the activation email link, I get then following message:

"Sorry, the license couldn’t be activated. There is another license on the account. Please contact us. Customer support"

I recently canceled a business license on the same account, why isn't it removed?

It's not possible to make a support ticket with this new subscription.

Any idea how I can resolve this issue?

    Thanks for posting in our Community and we're sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with the new purchase.

    TeamViewer Remote Access license has support only via ticket; however, our support team can help you with activation issues.

    Please give our support team a call and explain you had a Business license, you purchased a Remote Access license, and now you're having trouble activating the new subscription.

    same issue here. Waiting on support line. Maybe you should think about fixing this?
