How to log into the portal to change credit card info when the invoice is already paid.

We have a business account. An old credit card needs changed. When I try to get to the portal it wants to activate the portal and send a link to do that. However, I have to put in an invoice number to do that. But the invoice was auto paid by the cc on file. So that invoice isn't valid anymore. How can I get an activation link without an invoice.
