Connection problem

We have a Teamviewer Premium 2 channel account.


I've been having connection problems with Teamviewer lately. I click to connect and it says "Connecting" but the connection does not happen.


I use it within the company and I'm in a difficult situation right now. I would be happy if you help.


After a few minutes, the attached "Connection could not be established, authentication has been cancelled" appears.
