The last few times I have used teamviewer I was told that I was using the program as a pro.

But I'm not - I use teamviewer, as private, to connect to our daughters' IT equipment. But I'm not - I use teamviewer, as private, to connect to our daughters' IT equipment.

I have been using Teamviewer for a long time. What is the explanation for that change?

    Same problem. I support my mother. Looks like they stopped access for private usage.
