I'm reaching out to seek assistance regarding the verification process for my order (Order No. 006353474). Recently, I was informed about the need to provide additional information for verification purposes, and I am fully prepared to cooperate and supply the necessary details.

However, I've encountered a communication hurdle. My attempts to respond via my email associated with my TeamViewer account (xxxxxxx@gmail.com) were met with repeated rejections. Due to this, I am utilizing an alternate email to make this post.

Could the support team or any community member advise on the specific information required for the verification process? Additionally, any guidance on addressing the email communication issue would be greatly appreciated.

    After payment, I have yet to receive the license activation link.
