Email not sent for activation new user and trust a new device.

we have a strange problem on our teamviewer license and user pool.
A specific user does not receive the email (even in spam) that allows him to trust the device and use the service.
Other users receive regular notifications and are under the same domain, the user's email is regularly active.
We have whitelisted
accountactivation-noreply@teamviewer.com
And
SignIn-noreply@teamviewer.com
but no success, any suggestions?
