Hi, trying to log into my account on a new computer (paid business license). We get a message that an email has been sent to add the device to our trusted device list but we never receive the email. Have checked spam/junk folders and it isn't there either.
Ever since the switchto the new interface (which is horrible), whenever someone installs logs in to Teamviewer for the first time, we get the email to add to trusted devices... problem is that the email no longer shows the host ID!
