Trusted Device Link Not Opening

when trying to add a device to a trusted device I get the email from TeamViewer but the link will not open in the we browser. Previously working and now not working any ideas? Internet is working fine on the browser.

    Could you please try to open the link with another browser or copy/paste it in an incognito mode window?
