Does company admin have access to the devices in "My Computers"?

Our company just invested in licenses after our personal accounts got blocked from "commercial use detected."

So i made a company account using company email address and linked it with the company

i havent been able to get my personal account opened after it getting blocked..

So my question is:

If i let my new company account have easy access to my personal devices, is there any way for company admin to also access those devices?
