host assignment to a teamviewer user changed to manager 1

Hello... I'm using team viewer host on a samsung android tablet to help an old man. I have lost the ability to connect twice (the client software indicates that the device is not connected to the Internet). I noticed that the host android application was assigned to "manager 1" ("gérant 1" in french). After rebooting the tablet, the normal assignment returns... does anyone know anything about this kind of event? Thanks for your help.
