I just bought the license. But when I went to activate the subscription, There is an error.''You can't activate the subscription because there is another subsription. ''
But I have not any subscription. Please let me know what is the solution.

In this case of handling licensing inquiries, we kindly ask you to contact the TeamViewer Support Team and double-check if your account is related to any other subscription. At the same time, the support agent is able to assist with the license activation too.
